Responsibilities

  • Attend to all calls pertaining to complaints and general enquiries
  • Provide effective service recovery for complains
  • Ensure appropriate and adequate investigation are carried out for all cases
  • Ensure performance measures are met at all times
  • Update status of complaints and general enquiries
     

Requirements

  • Min GCE “O” level
  • Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work overtime (Payable)

 8.00a.m. -5.30p.m. - 5 Days Workweek
