Responsibilities
- Attend to all calls pertaining to complaints and general enquiries
- Provide effective service recovery for complains
- Ensure appropriate and adequate investigation are carried out for all cases
- Ensure performance measures are met at all times
- Update status of complaints and general enquiries
Requirements
- Min GCE “O” level
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Able to multi-task work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Able to work overtime (Payable)
8.00a.m. -5.30p.m. - 5 Days Workweek
