Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
• Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.
• Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.
• Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation
• Must be able to hands on to carry out minor repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.
• Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines.
   

Requirements

• Computer literate.
• Preferably with Class 2 licence and possess own motorbike.
• Hands on type.
• Must have experience and know how to repair electrical faults and carry out simple electrical installation.
