Responsibilities

  • Handle reception duties, phone calls, respond to enquiries and attend to guests.
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Oversee the general upkeep and housekeeping of the office
  • Order and keep track of stationery inventory including office inventory
  • Filing and updating of all administrative documents and files and ensure that they are kept and filed in a manner which facilitates their easy retrieval
  • Responsible for sales and projects documentation control
  • Other duties as assigned and on ad-hoc basis
     

Requirements

  • 'N', 'O' Level or higher
  • Min. 1-2 years related working experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an advantage
