Responsibilities
- Handle reception duties, phone calls, respond to enquiries and attend to guests.
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
- Oversee the general upkeep and housekeeping of the office
- Order and keep track of stationery inventory including office inventory
- Filing and updating of all administrative documents and files and ensure that they are kept and filed in a manner which facilitates their easy retrieval
- Responsible for sales and projects documentation control
- Other duties as assigned and on ad-hoc basis
Requirements
- 'N', 'O' Level or higher
- Min. 1-2 years related working experience
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an advantage
