Responsibilities
- Receive, validate against forecast and post the orders to ensure accurate input into the planning process
- Validate the demand forecast on monthly basis
- Engage customers on demand forecast upload, implement order management for the selected customers, sales orders creation on SAP, handling orders in APO, reflect NPI and modification projects in the system
- Coordination with function within the regional team and ensure on time and accuracy of order and material status reporting
- Drive timely consolidation of performance measurement, measure and analyse KPIs preparation of performance reporting
- Ensure customer service and supply chain performance in line with SLA
- Highlight any shortfall on delivering customer requirements on time is full
- Ensure transparency of supply and deployment plans to the relevant groups of end markets customers thought delivery of on time and accurate order status reports on weekly basis
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a 'O' Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
- Experience in the FMCG industry will be advantageous
- Proficient in using ERP systems (eg. SAP, APO DP) will be advantageous
- Posses excellent customer engagement skills
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Flexible, able to cope well with ambiguity
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good cultural awareness
- Open to Singaporean, Singapore PR and Malaysian
