Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to the Senior Director and ad-hoc tasks as and when required
  • Required to manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings and visits, prepare trip proposals (including booking of airtickets and hotel reservations), claims etc
  • Some paperwork & filing
  • Manage office supplies/inventories
  • Occasional Reception cover, on a rotation basis when the Receptionist is on annual/medical leave.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A Levels with a Private Secretarial certificate
  • At least 2 years of secretarial and administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good organizing, problem solving and planning skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Good communication skills

 
  5 Days Work 09.00 a.m. - 06.00 p.m.
