Responsibilities
- To provide secretarial services to Regional GM & the Managers
- Undertake various administrative tasks such as organising and arranging meetings
- Coordinating travels and hotel arrangement
- Establishing and maintaining accurate filing system
- To also help prepare presentation materials, reports
- Minutes taking during meeting
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent or an O-level with relevant secretarial qualifications,
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative/ secretarial support will be required.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of English
- Good working knowledge of MS office applications
- Able to start work in short notice is a PLUS
