Responsibilities

  • To provide secretarial services to Regional GM & the Managers
  • Undertake various administrative tasks such as organising and arranging meetings
  • Coordinating travels and hotel arrangement
  • Establishing and maintaining accurate filing system
  • To also help prepare presentation materials, reports
  • Minutes taking during meeting
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
     

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management or equivalent or an O-level with relevant secretarial qualifications,
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative/ secretarial support will be required.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Good working knowledge of MS office applications
  • Able to start work in short notice is a PLUS
