Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Meet the production schedule requirements on time in full for all finish good types whilst maintaining the highest quality standards and machine efficiencies through
• Effectively deploying resources
• Adhering to all processes which are set in order to meet factory key performance targets in productivity, waste level, machine throughput, quality index
• Proper housekeeping and safety.
• Support department improvement projects & initiatives successfully so to achieve excellent operations performance.
• Provide timely communication to the peers and subordinates that will promote cooperation among the teams.
• Assess and develop necessary skills with in the team

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder in mechanical/ industrial engineering/ any other engineering discipline or production management / supervisory management
• Minimum 5 year experience in the manufacturing environment and at least 2 yrs in the supervisory role.
• Adequate knowledge of product quality requirement and general factory standard such as ISO, 5S, EHS, Good manufacturing practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with all level of staff.
• PC knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words, Access and Power point.
• SAP knowledge (Production planning module) will be added advantage
• Adequate technical knowledge on machine maintenance and machine troubleshooting

Able to perform 12 hr shift work and support overtime if required
