Responsibilities

Full spectrum of HR functions which includes recruitment, employment management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and separation/exit issues.

Recruitment

  • Work closely with managers on their manpower requirement and employee relations issue
  • Recruitment & selection of potential candidates
  • Manage the screening and interviewing process, job offers and on-boarding
  • Coordinate and maintain relationship with recruitment agencies to speed up recruitment activities
  • Follow up on employee status (appointment, confirmation, conversion, promotion, salary revision, resignation & termination)
  • Record Keeping and filing
  • Proper filing system for personnel file training, insurance, leave and all HR related matter
  • Update employee leave record timely and to administer as per leave policy
  • Maintain organization chart and office contact name list

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Handle Employees’ salary related matters including performance appraisal
  • Validate payroll related information and computation
  • Liaise with insurance broker on group insurance matters

 

Other HR Related Duties

  • Monitor and ensure company policies are in compliance with MOM regulations and Employment Act
  • Handle work pass matters, new staff orientation etc
  • Responsible for submitting claim such as childcare leave, maternity leave, training grant/claim etc to relevant government agencies
  • Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing of HR policies and initiatives
  • Perform other HR ad-hoc projects or duties when required

 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Experience in using payroll system
  • Well verse in MOM rules and regulations and The Employment Act and any other statutory regulations
  • Team Player with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to start work immediately / in short notice is a PLUS
