Responsibilities
- Ensure that daily receipts (Cash, NETs and Credit Cards) agree and tie with the daily cash register settlement report.
- To process and ensure completeness of documents submitted for enrollment for both over the counter and online enrollment.
- To process sales order accurately and in the designated business centre/side (left/right) of the distributor’s network.
- To process return and exchange of products in accordance to Returns & Exchange policy.
- To attend to over the counter enquiries by distributors.
- To call distributors and follow up on failed payment/incomplete bank details based on listing furnished by Finance.
- To assist in attending to distributors’ enquiries via the Distributor Service email or Hotline.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned or needed
Requirements
- Minimum N Level with experience in Customer Service or Call Centre preferred
- Good aptitude in customer relations
- Pleasant and friendly disposition
- Team player
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Flexible and able to work retail hours
- Able to start work immediately or in a short notice is a PLUS
