Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure that daily receipts (Cash, NETs and Credit Cards) agree and tie with the daily cash register settlement report.
• To process and ensure completeness of documents submitted for enrollment for both over the counter and online enrollment.
• To process sales order accurately and in the designated business centre/side (left/right) of the distributor’s network.
• To process return and exchange of products in accordance to Returns & Exchange policy.
• To attend to over the counter enquiries by distributors.
• To call distributors and follow up on failed payment/incomplete bank details based on listing furnished by Finance.
• To assist in attending to distributors’ enquiries via the Distributor Service email or Hotline.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned or needed
   

Requirements

• Minimum N Level with experience in Customer Service or Call Centre preferred
• Good aptitude in customer relations
• Pleasant and friendly disposition
• Team player
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Flexible and able to work retail hours
• Able to start work immediately or in a short notice is a PLUS
