Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities in the community
• Create a positive image of Company in the community
• Communicating strategic initiatives
• Championing and implementing division wide programs
• Analyze and communicate with Senior Management regarding sales and profitability
• To be in-charge of min 25 Consultants
• Ensure appropriate floor coverage and staffing levels
• Develop employees by ensuring that regular performance feedback is provided through Performance Management Process
• Ensure policies and procedures are being communicated and followed
• Plan and achieve sales and profitability plans in conjunction with Director
• Work with entire management team to support the initiatives and efforts of the store
  

Requirements

• Min educational level: Diploma/Degree
• At least 8 years of relevant retail experience in which 3 years in Management Level.
• Experience in luxury retail background especially in high-end industry is a MUST
• Enthusiasm and ability to build and maintain an environment which projects a high level of taste and sophistication
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
• With strong sense of responsibility & pro-activity.
• Well-groomed and has a passion for the luxury industry
