Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure that the roles of the Billing Executive is discharged in the most efficient and effective fashion.
• Manage the Billing operations and to implement standardization of processes with a view to improved billing accuracy and cash collection allied with improved cost efficiencies.  
• Work with cross-functional groups to develop automated solutions to resolve billing issues that will prevent revenue leakage.
• Monitor the contract validity and follow up with Marketing on contract renewal.  
• Ensure that the pricing system is updated promptly and correctly based on the contractual agreements.
• Formulate reports to track billing errors, investigate root causes of billing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular reporting on statistics and revenue information to Management on a monthly basis and any other relevant reports as required from time to time.
• Fully accountable for record keeping in line with Authority, statutory and audit requirements, and be conversant with Goods and Service Tax rulings.   

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder in business Finance or Accountancy 
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Dependable, analytical, innovative and meticulous.
