Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers.
• Handle customer phone and email enquires.
• Daily administrative duties including filing and data entry.
• Cashiering and settlement of daily sales transations.
• Schedule and update customer appointments.

Requirements

• Min GCE or O Level qualification.
• 1 year experience in related field or customer service industry
• Target driven with positive attitude and customer service-oriented.

 
Working Hours: 

Orchard
Weekday: 1230PM to 10PM
Weekend: 11AM to 730PM
Close on every Monday & PH
 
Raffles Place
Weekday: 1130AM to 9PM                     
Weekend: 1030AM to 730PM
Close on every Sunday & PH
