Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To oversees the management direction and development of the retail, massage, slimming & facial services and reception staff
• To develops, monitors, and reviews all staffing, scheduling, facility operations, supply procurement, revenue management, safety training, standard operating procedures,and guest service satisfaction.
• Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa’s operation, maintenance of equipment, handle inventory & cash items.

Requirements

• Preference with Diploma in Spa & Wellness Management or any diploma
• Holder of international beauty certificates (CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, NSRSor equivalent) is a PLUS
• Spa or beauty management experience preferred.
• Excellent Communication and customer service skill
• Responsible & Positive attitude
• Able to work retail hours and weekend

Working Hours:

Weekday: 11.30 a.m to 09.00 p.m.                    
Weekend: 10.30 a.m. to 07.30 p.m.
Close on every Sunday & PH
