Responsibilities
- Ensure that all phones are answered promptly
- Providing product information to assist customers in their purchase
- To assist customers with any products repair or service issues
- Follow up with the customers to ensure that their problems are satisfactorily resolved.
- Preparing reports that provide information regarding unresolved matters, personal customer information, action taken and relevant notes or comments, if any.
- Ensuring all clients receive an exceptional standard of service at all times.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of customer care/service experience
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Able to work according to Retail Hours and will be based in retail office
- Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an advantage
