Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all CRM events, as well as coordination of showroom retail activities
• Implement CRM initiatives to cement and foster a strong relationship between the customer and the brand. .
• Manage customer database and VIP programme
• Organize CRM activities for existing customer database
• Tracking, reporting and analyzing data and results for all CRM activities
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
   

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in CRM and marketing
• Preferably with experience in running events
• Effective communication skills (verbally and in writing)
• Ability to work well independently, be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Must be creative, energetic, extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
