Responsibilities

• Hiring & recruitment
• HR operations work – letter generation etc
• Administer Performance appraisal program
• Working with Manager on general people issues
• Deal with offer administration, grievance, promotion, transfer kind of work

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Human Resources, Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having payroll knowledge is a PLUS
• Have knowledge about bonus administration is a PLUS
• Posses good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to start work immediately or short notice
