Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To assist the Resident Engineer in the site supervision of building works with an aim to meet construction progress schedule and quality standards.
• Co-ordination of work on site and to ensure construction safety.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in residential, hotel and/or commercial developments
• Holders of the National Certificate in Construction Supervision with 10 years’ relevant experience may also apply
• Able to communicate well with other building professionals on building detailing works
• Registered with IES as Resident Technical Officer
• Experience in handing-over of apartments would be an advantage
