Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct training, demonstrations, seminars and workshops
• Train beauty therapists on product knowledge, skill and treatment steps and selling techniques
• Gather customers’ feedback for training enhancement and development
• Develop treatments SOP and training syllabus
• Field coaching at spa outlets when necessary

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Certified in CIBTAC / CIDESCO is a PLUS
• ACTA certified is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, initiative-taker and problem solver
• A Keen learner, self motivated and a team player
• Experience in training salon therapists an advantage
