Job Summary

Responsibilities

SALES:

• Maintain and develop/build existing account for all brands
• Trade recruitment/ Identification of potential channels/doors for distribution.
• Involved in the planning and execution of lead generation activities and ensuring follow-up thereafter.
• Look at devising selling schemes and product bundling opportunities.

Accountability and achievement of :

• Sales targets by brands (per month)
• Distribution target by brand pertaining to number of doors and numerical target.
• Sales opportunities management (i.e. pipeline tracking) and sales revenue tracking
   

MARKETING:

• Assist in executing marketing strategies, in line with brand image and expected standards
• Constantly enhance brand representation and visual display in the salons/spas, ensuring that the in-store merchandising reflects the image and spirit of the respective brands.
• Establish strong relationships with the Principals, salons/spas, and ensure that operational requirements are effectively attended to.
• Formulate effective advertising and public relations strategies to optimize the exposure of brands in the most cost effective way and ensure they are executed in line with desired standard and direction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant experience in Spa/Retail Industry
• Positive attitude
• Vibrant, able to work in fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills
