Job Summary

Responsibilities

Marketing

• Lead marketing team to manage Brand image and awareness
• Conduct monthly PR & advertising activities
• Organize Beauty classes and/or marketing events
• Plan and act on new product/collection launching, then make sure in-store visual merchandizing are well prepared and maintained.
• Facebook/ Homepage management with team
• Oversea monthly activities done by marketing staffs, and plan ahead by communicating HQ

Sales

• Lead sales team (office & store sales staffs) to achieve sales target, with high service standards and strong team work
• Set sales targets for each stores, and manage every month
• Analyze sales trends, review sales performance & propose effective recommendations to drive and increase sales performance to direct team
• Manage and ensure optimal stock replenishment and inventory levels
• Review beauty advisor performance and identify candidates for career advancement with sales staffs
• Ensure store operation is conformed with company policy
• Manage customers’ feedback & complaints
• Manage to keep staffs are well-trained for servicing customers
• Manage relationship with leasing managers, and ensure to secure stores and plan expansion

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong leadership experience in building, managing and coaching a team to achieve targets
• Relevant Retail operation management & Marketing experience
• Ability to communicate with mall leasing managers & with agencies and media
• Experience in cosmetic/beauty industry will be an advantage
