Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To follow-up on sales order and direct liaising with customer on new inquiry.
• Preparation & compiling of Company brochures, technical materials for upcoming events, etc.
• Prepare expertise & follow up on delivery of sales order.
• Prepare necessary invoicing and quotation.
• Manage & handles customers relations, feedbacks and complaints.
• General administrative duties and provide support to the Company.
• Any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 'N', 'O' Level or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Well verse with company’s operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed and customer oriented
• Able to start work immediately or short notice is a PLUS
