Responsibilities

  • Staff fault coaching
  • Monitor Queue
  • Attend to call escalation and agent's queries
  • Attend to customer during high queue
  • Send email to other departments for case follow-up
  • Administration duties
     

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office applications
  • Possess good interpersonal, people management and communication skills
  • Team player and able to work without supervision
  • Resourceful and has initiative
  • Speak confidently
  • Good leadership and supervisory skills

Working hours
5 days, 2 rotating shift (0600 - 1530 / 1500 - 0030), off & rest day to be advised by Management (be prepared to work on weekends)
 

Remuneration
Basic $2,000 to $2500 + Team Leader Allowance $250 + Shift Allowance $150 + Overriding Commission $70 - $100
