Responsibilities
- Staff fault coaching
- Monitor Queue
- Attend to call escalation and agent's queries
- Attend to customer during high queue
- Send email to other departments for case follow-up
- Administration duties
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Knowledge in Microsoft office applications
- Possess good interpersonal, people management and communication skills
- Team player and able to work without supervision
- Resourceful and has initiative
- Speak confidently
- Good leadership and supervisory skills
Working hours
5 days, 2 rotating shift (0600 - 1530 / 1500 - 0030), off & rest day to be advised by Management (be prepared to work on weekends)
Remuneration
Basic $2,000 to $2500 + Team Leader Allowance $250 + Shift Allowance $150 + Overriding Commission $70 - $100
