Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Support all functions of marketing including PR, events, promotions and CRM pertaining to the Brand in Singapore.
• Work closely with Training and Sales to deliver brand objectives.
• Implementing and ensuring timely delivery of marketing communications collaterals
• Source and negotiate promotional tie-ups with partners to generate revenue
• Support Brand Manager with implementing media and marketing campaigns, and this includes tracking the effectiveness of such campaigns
• Plan and execute events
• Assist Brand Manager in executing marketing campaigns and activities, in line with strategy and targets, and within budget to achieve sales objectives
• Develop press releases and promotional materials for brand
• Work closely with ALL retailers on Brands and Store activities regularly
• Liaise with advertising agencies, internal and external partners
• Liaise with sales and training to ensure support is given for on-counter and promotional activities
• Monthly reports on CRM, competitor activities and PR activities
• Preparation of post promotion activity report after each event
• Update monthly budget reconciliation
• Manage and update marketing calendar
• Manage BTL budget and update Brand Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing;
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years are in a similar capacity with multinational companies
• Prior experience in a FMCG, retail, cosmetics/beauty industry preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical and problem solving skill;
• A good team player and independent worker;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Powerpoint & Excel.
• A confident self-starter with a high level of drive, energy, integrity and professionalism
• Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual work hours when required
• Able to work autonomously and be a dedicated team player in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
