Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of work pass applications for foreign nationals/leave applications updates.
• Administrate, formulate and update of HR policies and forms.
• Generate month-end payroll closing and do checking on it.
• Prepare Annual Increment & Variable Bonus base on rating from Performance Appraisal.
• Reviewing the performance appraisal rated from the Supervisor to ensure fairness.
• Administrating Training & Development for all employees based on individual needs.
• Conduct orientation to new staffs; new employee's induction.
• Review on employee’s salary based on salary structure in the HR Policy.
• Conduct exit interview with staffs.
• Handle Staff grievances and counseling and disciplinary cases.
• Handle Staff relationship and welfare.
• Represent HR Dept in Safety Committee Meeting, improving work safety issue in the Organization.
• Handle and Coordinate on full spectrum of Insurance Matter :- (Workmen Compensation and Hospital & Surgical Cases).
• Liaise with MOM and other related government sector, SNEF over all HR related matters.
• Full Spectrum of Recruitment & Selection including overseas recruitment 

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• 2 years relevant working experience.
• People management skill.
• Good interpersonal and communications.
• Independent and able to handle stress
