Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Service Manager in the management of gift voucher operation across malls
  • Monitor and ensure adequate stock at the various stock holding levels to facilitate a smooth voucher operation
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Manager in the execution of voucher sales for internal/external corporate sales and partner sales.
  • Ensure timely generation and submission of monthly/quarterly/yearly voucher-related reports
  • Manage and ensure timely submission of billing request forms to Finance and liaise closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Group Accounts
  • Work with the Customer Service Team to ensure strict compliance with all voucher and cash-related requirements
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager to ensure all standard operating policies and procedures related to voucher and cash management are properly implemented and managed at a high level of efficiency
  • Maintain petty cash records and process petty cash claims for the mall management team
  • Assist in the efficient day-to-day management of SISTIC ticketing operation, Eco-bag sale, iVenture ticketing operation, complimentary car park coupons
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in ad-hoc projects and assigned tasks

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Finance/Business Administration
  • A positive work attitude with relevant working experience, preferably in the banking/accounts/finance industry
  • Trustworthy, meticulous, good with numbers, possesses high degree of integrity and be able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
