Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure smooth daily operational accounting and general ledger month-end closing
- Prepare and review the annual year-end audit
- Prepare and review annual budget exercise
Requirements
- Min ACCA / Degree in Accountancy
- Knowledge in SAP/Hyperion preferred
- Independent and possess leadership skills
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for full set closing of accounts
- Basic knowledge of property industry preferred
