Responsibilities

Manage customer support through

  1. Application Support for customers so that company can achieve Design-wins
  2. Understanding of customers’ issues and coordinate appropriate support with backend technical teams in HQ
  3. Demonstration tools support to sales & marketing teams for promotion of new Sharp components.
  4. Technical SWOT analysis of components & solutions
  5. Identification & qualification of third party components to develop system solutions around components.
  • To ensure Efficiency & Effectiveness in Technical Dept daily operation
  • Work closely with Sales & marketing members
  • To prepare & present status report to Management on technical support matters.
  • To anticipate and plan future projects & required resources including manpower management
  • To plan and schedule necessary technical or product training and guidance to internal & distributor sales team members.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

At Least 5 years Technical experience in consumer electronics or components industry with sound knowledge in one or more of the following.

  1. Hardware
  2. TV & Mobile LCD panels and MIPI / DP / LVDS / SI interface
  3. Lighting & backlighting LEDs and drivers.
  4. Optical / CCD / Touch Sensors and their interface
  5. Programming / firmware knowledge in Language C

 

  • Understanding of components QC standards & systems will be an advantage
  • Understanding of Semiconductor / LCD / LED manufacturing process will be an advantage
  • Efficient communication skills.
  • Regional Experience will be an advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to Travel Asia Pacific Region
