Responsibilities
Manage customer support through
- Application Support for customers so that company can achieve Design-wins
- Understanding of customers’ issues and coordinate appropriate support with backend technical teams in HQ
- Demonstration tools support to sales & marketing teams for promotion of new Sharp components.
- Technical SWOT analysis of components & solutions
- Identification & qualification of third party components to develop system solutions around components.
- To ensure Efficiency & Effectiveness in Technical Dept daily operation
- Work closely with Sales & marketing members
- To prepare & present status report to Management on technical support matters.
- To anticipate and plan future projects & required resources including manpower management
- To plan and schedule necessary technical or product training and guidance to internal & distributor sales team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
At Least 5 years Technical experience in consumer electronics or components industry with sound knowledge in one or more of the following.
- Hardware
- TV & Mobile LCD panels and MIPI / DP / LVDS / SI interface
- Lighting & backlighting LEDs and drivers.
- Optical / CCD / Touch Sensors and their interface
- Programming / firmware knowledge in Language C
- Understanding of components QC standards & systems will be an advantage
- Understanding of Semiconductor / LCD / LED manufacturing process will be an advantage
- Efficient communication skills.
- Regional Experience will be an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Able to Travel Asia Pacific Region
