Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Work closely with GM to develop and improve in-house marketing materials befitting of PCS's status as a market leading Insurance Broker for the High Networth sector. Where required, to appoint and manage external vendors (agencies, printers etc) to deliver high quality materials in support of sales team (Insurance Brokers).
• To help manage 3rd party external marketing collaterals as provided by Agency Partners to create a well-presented consolidated marketing pack for sales team to engage their target market. Then educate sales team on the use of the internal/ external marketing materials.
• Work closely with GM and Ops team in the planning and execution of marketing events (large annual events or smaller scale periodic events) to enhance business development opportunities between the sales team and their target market
• Proactively propose other marketing campaigns or marketing mix elements to senior management to ensure PCS's remains top-of-mind amongst their target market, and upon approval, to manage the proposed initiatives from end-to-end.

Requirements

• Ideally a Financial related degree with no less than 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
• Proven experience in the Marketing function gained in the financial services sector (preferably Insurance) especially in areas such as collateral development/management, events management and marketing budget management
• Strong interest and ability to grasp and understand Insurance concepts and products
• Independent and hands-on personality with a strong ability to create structure in areas/processes which are currently relatively unrefined
• Pleasant personality with a strong sense of teamwork
• Mature, dynamic, positive attitude, able to multi-task and resourceful
• High level of self-motivation, integrity and ethics
• Enthusiastic towards learning and knowledge acquisition
• Committed to work
