Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Customer service oriented with a friendly disposition and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to interact well with people of all levels
- Resourceful and creative
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
- Preferably with experience in administering surveys and event management
- LCCI Certificate in Call Centre Operations will be an added advantage
