Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Customer service oriented with a friendly disposition and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to interact well with people of all levels
  • Resourceful and creative
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently
  • Preferably with experience in administering surveys and event management
  • LCCI Certificate in Call Centre Operations will be an added advantage
