- To handle customer's enquiries on products via telephone.
- Co-ordinating of service calls and other relevant duties.
- Ad-hoc administirative duties
Requirements
- Min O or N level
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of staff
- Possess good telephone etiquette, PC literate
- With technical background relating to consumer electronic products will be an advantage
