Responsibilities

  • Make calls to customers for telephone report
  • Handle customer’s complaints/feedback and update to managers.
  • Take care of customer delight programme coordination
  • Assist other colleagues during their absence
  • Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

  • Min O levels or higher
  • At least 2 years experience in the customer service industry
  • Positive attitude, can communicate well with people at all levels
  • Able to Claim OT
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice is a PLUS
