Responsibilities
- Make calls to customers for telephone report
- Handle customer’s complaints/feedback and update to managers.
- Take care of customer delight programme coordination
- Assist other colleagues during their absence
- Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
- Min O levels or higher
- At least 2 years experience in the customer service industry
- Positive attitude, can communicate well with people at all levels
- Able to Claim OT
- Able to start work immediately or short notice is a PLUS
