Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Handle site property management/maintenance
• Responsible for leading a team of service providers including housekeeping, security officers & technicians in controlling and implementing building maintenance operations
• To submit proposals for rectification and A&A works.
• To coordinate with the tenants on fitting-out works.
• Attend to tenants’ request on site
• Liaise with and supervise both term and ad-hoc contractors on building maintenance

Requirements

• Qualified Fire Safety Manager for Commercial/Industrial Buildings
• Degree in Real Estate, Building Management or its equivalent with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the management of large industrial or commercial complex/ Diploma in Building Services with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Able to work independently and possess good writing skill is an advantage
• Pleasant personality, dynamic and self-oriented, with effective leadership and organizational skills
