Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Property management/maintenance
• To lead a team of service providers including housekeeping, security officers & technicians in controlling and implementing building maintenance operations
• Submit proposals for rectification and A&A works.
• Coordinate with the tenants on fitting-out works.
• Attend to tenants’ request on site
• Liaise with and supervise both term and ad-hoc contractors on building maintenance
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Proper planning of budget and operation cost 

Requirements

• At least 5 Years relavant experience in manageing Large Industrial or Commercial Complex
• To manage outsourced vandors
• Knowledge in sub-division works
• Knowledge in new/innovative/green products is a PLUS
• Able to work independently and possess good writing skill is an advantage
• Pleasant personality, dynamic and self-oriented, with effective leadership and organizational skills
