Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Input purchase order from customer into SAP
• Delivery arrangement (Flight/Vessel/Truck)
• Preparation of Letter of Credits (For bank negotiation)
• Handle customer’s enquires and complains
• Handling credit note/debit note/receiving report of return cargo
• Liaising with other department for daily operation
• Reporting of monthly sales figures to management
• Assisting sales members on administrative paper works
• Checking and chasing of payment from customer
• Monitoring and coordinating incoming components from factory

Requirements

• Min 'N'/'O' level or higher
• With at least 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Experience in the electronic component industry
• Experience with SAP system
• Knowledge of Incoterms & L/C will be an advantage
• Independent and able to communicate with sales personnel
• Knowledge in Microsoft office: Words & Excel
