Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects which include business and functional analysis of requirements, business / process re-engineering
• Recommend, design and deliver solutions to meet business requirements
• Conduct system tests and commissioning
• Provide IT support and training to end-users
• Manage project and ensure timely delivery of project
• Lead team to implement, maintain and support the system.
• Guide team on good software coding practice, software architectural design and system documentation
• Vendor management

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
• Diploma in Computer Science with many relevant yrs of experience will be considered too.
• Min 5 years experience with project management experience and has undergone full SDLC
• Min 2 years of experience as Team Lead
• Knowledge of transport industry / call centre technology and despatch applications an added advantage
• Sound technical knowledge of client/server and Java/J2EE environment, Web and smartphone technology
• Knowledge of mobile technology an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to lead a team and work independently with minimum supervision
• Committed to project delivery in a fast paced environment
• Willing to provide after office hours 24x7 level 2 support when necessary
• Java, JSP, Javascript, SQL, J2EE, relational database, oracle reporting software, Elixir, Crystal
