Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Working closely with distributors in overseas market to achieve monthly sales target.

Tasks include

• (i) Handle stock allocation for current month
• (ii) Process distributors orders i.e. calculation of gross profit and price quotation, checking of stock (current stock, incoming shipment from factory and outgoing shipment to distributors) to ensure sales attainment.
• Handle export sales forecast for business equipment products.
• Prepare daily and monthly export reports and update tender information.
• Co-ordinate with the marketing team on product information updates, product pricing, and dissemination of sales materials to distributors.
• Product handling – Copier and other business equipment products.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and good business planning skills
• Need to travel once or twice a month to distributor countries such as Sri lanka, Thailand, Myanmar etc.
