Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of security personnel to ensure a high degree of security for one commercial buildings
• Develop and recommend security policies and procedures
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of security policies and procedures for the Retail Mall

Requirements

• Min a Diploma in Security Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity in building security and safety operations
• Qualified Fire Safety Manager
• Experience with security policy and familiar with car park operations (Senior FSM qualification would be an added advantage)
• Possess excellent leadership qualities with strong interpersonal and communication skills
