Responsibilities

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for Mechanical & Electrical systems
• Supervise a team of technicians and contractors
• Co-ordinate and execute maintenance programs on a timely basis

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 year(s) of experience in property management of shopping malls.
• Experience in Building Maintenance Systems will be added advantage
• Ability to work independently but also be a good team player
• Possess strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
