Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, repair and troubleshooting of Office Equipments/Consumer Electronics Products
• Problem analysis/ diagnosis of users’ technical problems
• Provide support to other departments on product related matters

Requirements

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic/IT Engineering
• 1-2 years of relevant experiences
• Posses Class 3 license to drive company van to do servicing
• Strong knowledge in software applications.
• IT knowledge (Networking and Solution Server Setting)
• Preferably with previous exposure to consumer electronic products
