Responsibilities
- Handle HR payroll and training functions
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing for local and foreign workers (approximate 180 staffs)
- Other submission includes Reservist claim, Maternity & Childcare Leave claims, CPF contribution and FWL
- E-submission to IRAS for IR21 foreigner tax clearance and yearly IR8E
- Update and maintain employees' data in HR system and personnel files
- Responsible for staff's external training courses
- Assist in the administration of government training grant and claims (SDF)
Requirements
For Officer / Senior Officer
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma holder
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience with hands-on payroll and training administrative
For HR Executive
- Minimum Diploma holder
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience with hands-on payroll and training administrative
- Conversant with statutory payroll regulations
- Proficient in using Times Software is a MUST
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Meticulous, analytical and independent
- Able to start work within short notice is a PLUS
