Responsibilities

  • Handle HR payroll and training functions
  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing for local and foreign workers (approximate 180 staffs)
  • Other submission includes Reservist claim, Maternity & Childcare Leave claims, CPF contribution and FWL
  • E-submission to IRAS for IR21 foreigner tax clearance and yearly IR8E
  • Update and maintain employees' data in HR system and personnel files
  • Responsible for staff's external training courses
  • Assist in the administration of government training grant and claims (SDF)

 

Requirements

For Officer / Senior Officer

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma holder
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience with hands-on payroll and training administrative

For HR Executive

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience with hands-on payroll and training administrative
  • Conversant with statutory payroll regulations
  • Proficient in using Times Software is a MUST
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Meticulous, analytical and independent
  • Able to start work within short notice is a PLUS
