Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Undertake the full spectrum of export documentation such as Airway Bill or Bill of Lading, LC, insurance etc
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers and shipping Companies
• Prepare sales quotations, following up on orders as well as payments
• Compile annual export reports and any other reports required by Management
• Maintain, update and ensure compliance of regulatory procedures
• Attend to phone and email enquiries

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3 years of experience handling export documentation in a trading environment.
• Good knowledge of export documentation and procedures with experience serving the regional market
• Customer service oriented and a team-player
