Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Constant monitoring and manage cash assets, investments and fixed assets
• Short and long term planning to structure the holding to optimise GST, Property Tax, Income Tax etc
• To review the bank loans constantly ensuring that the terms are competitive
• To monitor Foreign exchange movement in the context of organisation's operations
• Monitor and review accounting and related systems reports for accuracy and completeness
• Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommended appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits
• Planning and preparing the financial projections for new projects and /or new business models
• Check, review and approves financial statements
• Overseeing the process of monthly payroll for the company
• Oversee the organization's capital management and funding activities, implementing appropriate investment and financing strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA completed or equivalent
• At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience preferably SME environment
• Experience in managing the accounts of property developers, bank loans, share investment
• Strong in both details as well as in analyzing the bigger picture
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standard and strong group consolidation experience
• Committed, Sincere and Integrity without compromise
• Able to start work immediately or short notice
• Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
