Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To oversee daily operational and maintenance matters
• Supervise both term and adhoc contractors on building maintenance
• Attend to all repair & maintenance matters related to tenants on site
• Undertake any other special projects assigned from time to time by HQ

Requirements

• Diploma in Building Management/ Building Services/ Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• Min 3 years of working experience in the management and maintenance of commercial and residential properties
• Knowledge on air-con system and electrical works is a PLUS
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Candidates able to commence work Immediately is a PLUS
