Responsibilities
- Accepting escalated calls, resolving customer complaints, taking customer orders and processing enrolments/applications through counter service/Hotline/Email.
- Understand all policies and procedures, compensation plan.
- Manage on weekly enrolment report.
- Manage of AO not process report weekly.
- Process refund for unearned revenue orders.
- Manage on Giro payment failed report and recovery on outstanding payment for collected orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service/Hotel/Call Centre/Retail Sales will be an advantage
- Good attitude in customer relations
- Pleasant and friendly disposition
- Team player
- Basic Computer Knowledge
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday - 12.00p.m. to 09.00p.m.
