Responsibilities

  • Accepting escalated calls, resolving customer complaints, taking customer orders and processing enrolments/applications through counter service/Hotline/Email.
  • Understand all policies and procedures, compensation plan.
  • Manage on weekly enrolment report.
  • Manage of AO not process report weekly.
  • Process refund for unearned revenue orders.
  • Manage on Giro payment failed report and recovery on outstanding payment for collected orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service/Hotel/Call Centre/Retail Sales will be an advantage
  • Good attitude in customer relations
  • Pleasant and friendly disposition
  • Team player
  • Basic Computer Knowledge

 

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday - 12.00p.m. to 09.00p.m.
