Job Summary

Responsibilities

 Logistic and Sales Administration

• Follow up on orders from duty free markets via headquarters (Switzerland)
• Handle invoices: Processing
• Manage Hong Kong warehouse stock and allow markets to order or proceed with destruction
• Monitoring of stock level for the markets on a monthly basis

Pricing

• Point of contact for markets regarding of all pricing issues
• Attend the pricing meetings and taking minutes for all participants to follow up
• Sending new prices to customers
• Work with Hong Kong Finance on sales rebates
• Help on key presentation; working on sales figures analysis

Legal

• Handle contracts/legal issue with Regional GM
• Key contact for headquarter to manage any issue with Swiss territories
• Consolidation of the sweep purchases and follow up with the Global team

Reports

• Handle quality issue with the market and global
• Preparing reports and follow up with the markets
• Handle any customer complaints

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in logistic/operation handling regional/global markets
• Strong analytical skills which involves business analysis and reporting
• At ease with numbers
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a regional environment dealing with numerous markets and diverse regional team
