Responsibilities
A) Basic Accounts Functions
- Generate invoice
- Collect and follow up payments
- Chasing Debts
- Input of accounts
B) Admin Functions
- Submission of boat registration/ warranty claims
- Submission of registration/ warranty claims through manufacturer’s extranet
- Need to follow up on warranty claims
- Filing and Documentation
- Keeping proper records of contracts, agreements & delivery orders
- Answering of Phone calls
- Take down message when no one is in the office
Other adhoc duties
- To sign for delivery order
- Order stationery/water
- Collect and sort mails
Requirements
- Min 'N', 'O', 'A' & Diploma holders
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experiences
- Meticulous and committed
- IT Savvy
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
- 5 days work week (9am - 6pm)
- Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
**Company transport provided to pick up and alight off the coast.
