Responsibilities

A) Basic Accounts Functions

  • Generate invoice
  • Collect and follow up payments
  • Chasing Debts
  • Input of accounts

B) Admin Functions

  • Submission of boat registration/ warranty claims
  • Submission of registration/ warranty claims through manufacturer’s extranet
  • Need to follow up on warranty claims
  • Filing and Documentation
  • Keeping proper records of contracts, agreements & delivery orders
  • Answering of Phone calls
  • Take down message when no one is in the office

Other adhoc duties

  • To sign for delivery order
  • Order stationery/water
  • Collect and sort mails

Requirements

  • Min 'N', 'O', 'A' & Diploma holders
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experiences
  • Meticulous and committed
  • IT Savvy
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice
  • 5 days work week (9am - 6pm)
  • Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only


**Company transport provided to pick up and alight off the coast.
