Responsibilities
- After Sales Policy Servicing & Administrative support
- Prepare and send Annual Review package for Life Insurance Policy
- Prepare and send Quarterly Statements
- Prepare/review policy change request documents for submission to Insurer
- Handle email enquiries from internal and external customers
- Communicate with insurers, consultants and service providers to ensure smooth process
Requirements
- Min GCE 'A' Levels or other higher qualifications
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the insurance industry or with administrative work experience in other industry
- Experience in policy servicing / insurance admin is a PLUS
- Detail-oriented, customer-oriented, positive thinking, proactive service attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, able to multi-task and resourceful
