Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform the monthly management accounts closing
• Prepare the annual year-end audit
• Prepare annual budget exercise
• Prepare annual tax computation
• Prepare monthly GST reports and analysis/computations for quarterly GST filing

Requirements

• LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy
• Independent and possess leadership skills
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for full set closing of accounts
• Basic knowledge of property industry preferred
• Knowledge in SAP/Hyperion preferred
