Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in property management which includes administration of strata titled and investment properties
• Handle purchasers and tenants enquiries, defects management and property tax matters

Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management or equivalent with minimum 2 to 3 years in Property Management
• Possess a high level of initiative effective communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi task and work under pressure
