Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Checking of daily cash bank-in and prepare cash shortage
• Prepare cashier's shortage reports for weekly submission
• Communicate with operation team on shortages
• Update credit card receipts and record into accounting system
• Recording of daily sales into accounting system
• Update shortage bank-in or deduction form
• Handle credit card refunds
• Recording of Internet sales into accounting system
• Assist to book meeting rooms, raise requisition forms for stationary purchases
• Liaise with operation staff to obtain day to day accounting information
• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accounting/LCCI/CAT or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Excel & Words
• Committed, Responsible and Meticulous
• Able to meet deadlines
• Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
• Able to start work immediately or short notice
